		<description>Yeah I thought that article by Slate was pretty interesting...I'll never forget the reaction some of my German friends had at seeing my Axis and Allies game -- "what? you play and pretend to be the Nazis trying to win the war?" Yes, it sounds twisted. But sometimes a game is just a game, surprisingly enough. I think I had the same reaction when I first heard about Pearl Harbor games and all. But as the article so deftly pointed out, people are sometimes more interested in being allowed to exchange sides and see things from the "other's" point of view than they are in taking offense. ;)
