Please do not get the idea this jerk represents the Truth Movement. At this point, the Truth Movement has drawn individuals from liberal and conservative groups, from all faiths and religions, and those lacking same. Never before has such a wide, diverse body of completely opposing beliefs and interests (in most other spheres) come together to SIMPLY ask for the Bush Administration to come to a point where it will quit never shutting the um, h-e-double-toothpicks UP about September The Eleventh EXCEPT when a few questions are asked at which point there's ALL KINDS of silence. THAT is what's wrong. Innocent until proven guilty? Yes. Motive, means, opportunity? In spades, hearts, diamonds, clubs and little orange marshmallow stars, just for starters.

The only site I'd recommend is http://911truth.org as it seems most free of unnecessary political biases - or as free of such as is possible, given that it is never possible to express ourselves without bias, unless we lose all feeling and lose what makes us human.

What did you learn today? Jeff: Not to argue with 12 year olds

I have to say that I might actually with some of what he was saying if he made any sense at all. He doesn't seem to have any idea how to support his beliefs or maintain any semblance of a valid argument. Hell, even the Campus Crusade for Christ people can spin and lie and follow good old Schopenhauer's "38 Ways to Win an Argument." I sometimes get frustrated and rant with no clear point when I'm tired and pissed offat the right. But I'll at least make more than a half ass attempt and supporting my argument or I'll step down from the argument and invite debate at a time when I'm better prepared.

Well, here's the thing, a lot of what he was saying is true. NORAD and the FAA failed miserably. The system didn't work like it was supposed to. If he had actually researched his views he could have owned me on the facts of the matter. But it's a long way to the gov't attacking it's own citizens. And they back it up with the Northwoods memo, which is from the Kennedy administration, while attacking Republicans. Kind of nonsensical. He also completely failed in understanding my points, even if they may have been off. He retreats to trying pretend I'm naive and he's being realistic, which is the only tactic you really have when you're a conspiracy theorist. You attack people for not making the connections you see, no matter how silly and tenous they actually are.
