It says that liberal progressive arguments about charitable giving are all wrong, and that the estate tax doesn't amount to enough for us to worry our silly little heads about it anyway.

Who is this Jim Saxon (R-NJ) person and how did he get away with this in 1998 and in 2003 without anybody noticing?  Of course he says that Clinton's people agreed with him.</description>
