		<description>It's not that people don't care. That way oversimplifies it. The people who ran the asbestos mines in Libby were performing an institutional duty, and stepped outside their ordinary roles as human beings to do so. Once they saw all that they had done, they naturally backed away, and made sure that no one in their charge took any responsibility, because the stakes were too high.  So it was a giant fuck-up followed by a cover up. Who among us would behave differently? If my income and pension depended on covering up an inadvertent crime, what would I do? What would I do ... I dare anyone to say that they would rise above the norm and become the next Kimberly Wells.</description>
