UPDATE: If you have any idea why my sidebar is now below the post when you view a single post, let me know. I don’t really see how upgrading WP causes that to happen.

My guess would be that the width of the comment box is set too wide, but I’m about as smart as a brick when it comes to things such as these. Good luck.
Because your secondary div is inside your primary div on single.php, but not on index.php
Thanks. I must have removed a div somewhere and caused a mismatch.
I seriously need to find a better base theme and redo all this.
K2’s an excellent base theme, if a bit heavy. Of course, your version of K2 is pretty old. They long ago switched to jQuery for the javascript effects, and cleaned it up quite a bit.
Yeah, I think it was just a bad choice for this theme. I started with the three column version of K2 and it just became a mess as I changed it to what it is currently.
